(which forms state line) 0.7 miles to the barn on the W. side of the road back in a barn lot about 200'. Completely hidden from the road by trees. See owner on 185th St. (0.6 miles N. & W.) for permission to visit. Jim Cleveland. The main part is a 12-sided one-story hog sales pavilion with matching windowed cupola and fair sized dormer on the E. over the main entrance. It has a long rectangular addition on the W. side. The whole structure was painted red with white trim. The paint is now almost completely faded out. Most of the numerous windows are broken. It is no longer in use and in poor condition. There was a small polygonal building, in poor condition, S. of hog pavilion and W. of rectangular barn and this building in now gone. |

There is reported to be an oval hog barn owned by Frank Lorenz at 1.5 miles N. of the jct. of US212 and SR63. This building has not been investigated. It is difficult to photograph because of obstructions and "NO TRESPASSING" signs. Sits back quite a ways from the road. |
